Hi,
Im Filipino holding Phil passport.
Is there a need for Visa traveling to Guangzhou for hoilday & Leisure for 3 days?

Yes, you need a visa to Guangzhou for holiday & leisure for 3 days, please apply for Chinese Tourist Visa in advance.
