I live in somaliland departed from somalia which is not yet recognized as a seperste nation, and somalia is ,as you know, in war troubles. so didin't get a chinese ambassy to rely my problems involving scholarships. and I have previously contacted the chinese Government to help me give a full scholarship. therefore I sincerely request from chinese government and people to assist me a full scholarship in BSc degree in ICT, as I'm very interested to take my degrees in china and have hobbies to learn chinese language and culture. thnks, hopping to recieve your assistances urgently.
