Hi
I have one question, I will be traveling from Hong Kong to Shanghai, I will be traveling with my five and three children under soft sleeper seat. Does my 4 years old girl have to pay full ticket?

It depends on the height of your children. Normally, children of the height 1.1 ~ 1.4 m could enjoy half-price tickets. Besides, each adult passenger is free to carry a child less than 1.1 meters tall.
