About:China City Guide

we are planning to take a day trip to Datong 大同

Kindly provide/write in Chinese how we can advise the taxi driver that we will be renting his car/service to head to the Hanging Monastery and the Yungang Grottoes.

I don't think it is a good idea to hire a cab on the spot, unless you have had such kind of experience before in China. You'd better book a one-day private tour or a car from some agents in advance.
