About:10 Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Beijing

We (11 of us)are all muslim and will be visiting beijing fom 20 - 23 January 2011. My questions are :
1) How is the whether during that time?
2) Is it advisable to visit ski resort and also other attractive places within the time given?
3) Do we have enough time to shop?

Hi, I traveled in Beijing in January before and it was very very cold, you should take the heavy clothes to keep you warm. The ski resorts are available in winter but I am afraid that the time will be tight if you also want to visit other attractive places and do shopping within 3 days. I suggest you make a tour schedule beforehand coz Beijing is so big..:-)
