About:Ice Lantern Garden Party


Yes, same question. We plan to be in Harbin from 26-30 Dec, 2010 therefore will we be able to see the snow and ice festival
as it only officially open around Jan 5??? Please advise and it will help with our schedule.

Yes, it is officially open on January 5th, which has been a convention. But by the end of December many sculptures will be ready and the ski resorts have been opened already this 17th.
