About:China Visa

We have all the requirements for dependent visa but i'm worried because last Oct.my L visa was denied.What will i need to answer in the question 3.2 and 3.6?
Can you please help me.Thank you very much.

You'd better click No for 3.1 - 3.4 on the visa application form. If you have all requirements for dependent visa, you have chance to get a visa to China
