About:China Embassy in Thailand

I have friends visiting Thailand and they would like to expand their holliday by visiting China for a few days during their stay in Thailand. Is this possible? How do they apply for visa? They are both Swedish.

Thanks

Mrs.Aaberg, please read the reply of Mr.APAULT to Mr.Glenn on this page, your friends can have a try to apply for China visa in Thailand, but maybe the China embassy/consulate in Thailand refuses to issue visa to them because they are not resident in Thailand. They need to submit their original passports, completed visa application forms attached with one recent passport photo to embassy/consulate.
