About:Shopping in Shanghai

I'm planning to go to Shanghai to shop and was told to bargain. Where should I bargain and where not to bargain?

Hi Ms Smith ,
shopping mall ,franchised stores which show the price on the products tag ,no bargin .
retail .wholesale shops ,need bargin .
If you buy all kinds of clothes from shanghai ,Qipu Road is a best choice .you must bargin here .
