About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I'm Indonesian Passport Holder, and I want to enter Shen Zhen from Hong Kong, around 17-26 December 2010.
Can I get Visa on Arrival ? Because I heard, no Visa on Arrival this time because Guang Zhou Asian Games ?

You'd better apply for a visa in advance, maybe the visa policy is not returned to normal processing around 17-26 December, 2011. It's true that now it is very hard to get a visa on arrival because of Asian Games.
