I wish to know if there is any flood there right now? both taiwan and taipei. i am planning to visit on end of Dec 2010. what's the temperature around that time? thanks

There is no flood in Taiwan now. The temperatire around that time may be about 14~19C. It is pleasant and comfortable. Anyhow, you need to pay attention to Taiwan weather forecast before you go there, in case of typhoon.
