About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi I'm a teacher in Seoul. I booked tickets online for an 8 day stay in China in January. Do I need to get my visa through the Embassy, the Consulate or a travel agent? I still have 10 months left on my ARC. Also I will be staying with my sister so do I just need to provide them with her residential address?

You need to apply for China visa through one of the travel agencies designated by China embassy in Seoul, you'd better provide an invitation letter from your sister together with the copy of her passport, valid Chinese visa/residence permit. You also need to write her contact information on the visa application form
