When is the best time to see snow in Beijing?

Hi when is the best time to go and see snow in beijing? Which place should we go? coz we just want to see snow!

To see snow, you can go there in December or November, it might snow there, BTW, if you just want to see the snow, you can go to Harbin(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/heilongjiang/harbin/) , this Ice City is the best place for snow.
