Hi, I am a Turkish citizen but I live in Belgium with a residence permit which is valid for the next 5 years. I work for an American company, but I am based in Belgium. I need to travel to China for business meetings for two weeks. - Can you help me with the documents that are necessary for the visa application.- Do I need to make an appointment with the Chinese Visa Office in Brussels? If I need to do that, a phone number which works. Unfortuantely I was not able to reach anyone using the phone numbers listed on the website.Best Regards.

Besides the original and photocopy of Belgium Residence Permit, you can refer to China Business Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/business.htm) to find other requirements There is no need to make an appointment for visa application, you can go to the embassy directly to submit visa application.
