Hello. I have tried calling the Chinese Consulate many times but there's never an answer. I am a Chinese passport holder with a Canadian PR Card. I need to renew my passport. Where can I find forms online for this procedure? I have only found visa forms online. Is there a form code for Chinese passport renewal? Also what documents must I submit along with a form?

You need to submit Chinese passport application in person to the Chinese consulate in Toronto, therefore, you can get the Chinese passport application form from the consulate for free and fill it at the consulate, when you go to the consulate, please take your present Chinese passport, two passport color photos, if you have gotten Canada Permanent Residence Permit for 5 years, you need to provide certificate that you don't join Canada nationality.
