We will be I Guilin next month (early December). What is the best way to hire a guide for the day? Hotel concierge? Also, will the river cruise be available then?

you can go to the local travel agent,ask them to fine a guide for you.in the city town,there are many agentes,easy to find.the river cruise is available that time
