About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I'm from malaysia, and a Singapore PR, holding malaysia passport, do i need to apply visa to enter GuangZhou for 4 days visit?

Yes, you need a China Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm) to enter Guangzhou for 4 days visit because you are Singapore PR holder rather than Singapore passport holder.
