About:Entry Regulations of China

hi, i'd like to ask following: i have been living in china for a long time and got married there. unfortunately i got divorced and left the country. i suspect that my wife might plan out some revenge against me. she knows that i had been smoking weed there. right now i plan to return to china. is there a possibility that my name can be in black list for not allowing me to enter the country? what can i do if i am being stopped in the airport? i am still legally married to her.

It depends if you have criminal record on local police station or something. If so, you will not get the visa to enter. The custom will not adopt personal idea to put you in the black list, but if the custom believe you dangerous, you will be refused to enter. If you are stopped in the airport, you should go back. You were divorced and no relationship now, don't you.

thank you very much for your answer. i don't have any records. i am still married. and still keep marriage visa. actually i am totally clean i just want to know whether she might say false accusations against me and the police might believe her. u know being racist or have some sort of national prejudice. just wanna know if i can be entered without any problems. thank you once more.
