I will get to Guangzhou airport on the 18th Nov noon. What is the best and fastest way to get to SheKou and how much it will cost me.

Good day~ Do you mean Shekou Port in Shenzhen by "SheKou"? It is located in Shenzhen, if going there, you need to take Subway Line 3 from Guangzhou Airport to Guangzhou East Railway Station and then take train to Shenzhen, after arriving, take bus to Shekou Port. It would cost you around CNY100.
