About:China Flight

We are planning to fly from Urumqi to either Chengdu or Beijing sometime mid-2011. Will it be cheaper to Chengdu or Beijing ? I just checked that Urumqi to Bejing can be available for RMB700 plus tax although the trip is longer than Urumqi to Chengdu and the same dates show Urumqi to Chengdu will cost 50% more. Is winter flights to Beijing much cheaper?

Normally, it will be cheaper to Chengdu from Urumqi. However, the air ticket discount for domestic flights is always changed by the airlines according to its sales. It is hard to say to which city the airfare will be cheaper as your departure date is not fixed. You would better search the airfare online when you make the decision.
