About:China Visa Exemption

I'm studying Chinese in Beijing for a year now. My wife and my 3 years old son who is born in Beijing like to come back in Beijing. I like to apply for a tourist visa here in Beijing for themselves and they will send their passports to me from the Philippines by DHL. They can't come to Manila to apply personally for a visa because they're in a province in the Philippines and the hassle of having a years old processing the visa. So I think it will be better to send it here itself in Beijing so that I can apply in your office for the visa, would it be possible? Just email me at: yahoo.com|romanos_alex waiting for your reply. And most importantly-how much this will cost? Thank you.

No, Mr.alex, China visa should be applied outside of China, in your case it should be done in Philipplines. There are Chinese embassy in Manila and consulates in Laoag and Cebu, they are required to drop applications to the one according to where they reside. For their detail consular districts, you can refer to Chinese embassy in Philippines(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/philippines.htm) .
