About:Harbin Travel

I am thinking of a trip to Harbin in late Dec, around Christmas. I read from some sources that the Snow and Ice Festival officially opens only in Jan, but some other sources said you can already visit it in Dec. So which is correct actually? Would I be able to visit the sculptures in late Dec? Appreciate if anyone could clarify, thanks!

The festival will be open in Jan. But you can see other ice and snow activities at Sun Island. There are sculptures at other places.
