It is possible for you to apply for China work visa in Malaysia, if your application is denied, you have to return to Philippines to apply fro China work visa.

We are on the same boat Joseph. I am in Thailand and was offered a job in China. I am waiting for my employer to send me the documents for me to apply a Z visa here. I made a researched and I found out that we can apply for a visa outside our country but we have to let our employer state the country where we are going to apply for it. So, hope for the best!
