From Macau Ferry Terminal at Sheung Wan, you can take MTR from Sheung Wan Station to Tsuen Wan Station, transfer at Central Station. Costs HKD11.5 per person. For buying ferry ticket at Macau, both HKD and MOP are acceptable.
