Dear Sir We are planing to visit China on business and we have contacted few vendors.They have agreed to send us the invitation letters and we have requested them to send us the visa notification formHow ever they do not aware of this form and appreciate if u could let us know wrom where in Xiamen and Foshan they could get details of VISA NOTIFICATION FORM and fm where they could obtain sametks n brgdsHiranjan

They can get the Visa Notification Form from Xiamen Foreign Trade and Economy Bureau or Foshan Foreign Trade and Economy Bureau, if the vendors you contact is not qualified to get the Visa Notification Form for you, then the company of vendor is not reliable because the Foreign Trade and Economy Bureau will check the company.
