Only common trains are running between Guangzhou and Hangzhou. And there are no EMU trains on the route.

What about from Guangzhou to shanghai? So there is no EMU train connecting?

From Guangzhou to Shanghai, no EMU trains but only common express trains are available. However, there are many bullet trains and high speed trains from Shanghai to Hangzhou.0
