About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Good evening! We were issued by the embassy a double entry as a tourist last August 2010. First entry to Shanghai was made Sept 17, 2010. On the visa, it says, enter before Nov 5, 2010. We're leaving suppose to be tonight Nov 11, 2010. Is our visa still valid or do we need a new one? Isn't it that enter before pertains to the first entry to China? Thank you so much. Hoping for your immediate reply.

By the way, my son who is 20 months old and his yaya were issued a visa based on my husband and I's valid visa and we attached our tickets for sept 17 and nov 11 travel dates.

Thank you sir! We did already. It was the travel agency who mislooked at the visa expiry to think our paspports were with them until Nov 8.

You can't use your visa to enter China now because it has expired, On the visa, it says, enter before Nov5, 2010, it means that you have to use the double entry before Nov 5, 2010. Now, you have to apply for a new China visa.
