About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I want to apply for the chinese government scholarship but i need to fill in the agency number, i dont know if each country has an agency number, i dont know what the agency number is, can any body tell me what the agency number is???

It seems that each college has a agency number and it stands for the college when filling the aplication form.
