From Nanjing to Wuhan, only one D3002/D3003 is operating and it arrives at Wuhan station. The trains to Guangzhou are also departing at Wuhan station. So, you can take the train to Guangzhou directly after getting off the train from Nanjing. Anyway, either from Wuchang station or Hankou station, it takes around 50mins by bus to Wuhan Station.

thanks Mr. Suchin....actually there are many fast trains daily to Wuhan from Nanjing but only one to Wuhan station....which I cant catch so either wuchang or hankou are about same traveling time to Wuhan station....50 minutes you say....that Wuhan traffic as I remember is so bad...I think I will allow an hour and half....
