About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

But the passport in which the old visa was posted to is already expired and I now have a new passport.That's why I want to ask if there's a need to undergo the new policy in acquiring for a visa which I need to show a bank certificate of account?Thanks

Just show the old visa sticker on your old passport to prove that you had been China, then you don't need to show a bank certificate.
