About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

My husband will be travelling to South Africa from new Zealand in december and on his way back to New zealand will be stopping over in Hong Kong for 4 days. He has been waiting for his new south african passport for months and this has not arrived yet. he has applied for a temporary south african passport. will he be allowed to stay in Hong Kong with a temporary south african passport.

yes, he is allowed to stay in Hong Kong with a temporary South Africa Passport.
