What is the best way to take ferry from HK Airport to Macau, and vice versa?

we plan to take ferry to macau after arrival at hk airport. for coming back from macau to airport hotel novotel where we plan to stay, what is the best way as immigration would also be required to enter hk (as i would have gone directly to macau initially). thanks
