About:Harbin Ice Festival

I would like to visit Harbin for Ice festival during 11-13 Feb 2011. Would I be able to see the sculptures. Which hotel is recommended near to the event, Zhaolin Park ?

Yes, you'll see the sculptures. There are many activities hold during the festival and the most famous place is Sun Island.
Or you may just stay in the center center, for the city will be decorated as a world of sculptures this year. Holiday Inn is a good choice.
BTW, the accommadition fee is much higher than other time and sometimes it is difficult to book one room. So make your decision earlier and get a room as soon as possible.

Dear Mr Chang.

Thank you for your reply. I would Like to know how is the location for Friendship Palace Hotel at Youyi Road. How far from this hotel to Zhaolin Park ?
I and my husband travel together with my kids ( 12 & 8 yrs old ), any hotel provide family room can fit 4 of us.

It's about 2 kilometers from Friendship Palace Hotel to Zhaolin park. Bus no. 23, 8, 201,74 are traveling between them, about 20 minutes' ride. I think you may book a double or suits for your family of four.

Dear Mr Chang,

Thank you for your reply. I had check the hotel booking web that you recommended ( Holiday Inn) is fully booked. Do you have any room available in the zhaolin Park. Means within short walking time can be reach zhaolin park.

Harbin Breman Inn or Harbin Romantic Hotel. Especial Hotel Romantic, just opposite Zhaopin Park.
