About:China Customs Declaration

Does anyone know anything about how much milk powder we are allow to bring to China without the need to declared and pay tax? Also, I have done some search on bring personal used laptop, cellular phone and iphone to china, some said no need to declare or pay tax, some said need to declare but no tax, and other said need to declare and pay tax. I am confused right now, did anybody have personal experience recently?

My answers here:
Milk Powder, need to be decleared no matter how much you'll bring in, for it's milk product. The tax rate is 10%;
For personal use laptop, cellphone, seems no declaration is needed (need further comfirmation); and no tax either if you'll bring them out with you when leaving China. But only one iphone is allowed.
