About:Guanqian Street

I have a guest holding a Lebanese passport. He wants to visiting China & Hongkong.
He has a Chinese Visa.
Can he apply for Hongkong visa upon arrival?
Please inform me the procedure of applying Hongkong Visa for Lebanese.
How long is the process?

He can't apply for Hong Kong visa upon arrival. He can apply for Hong Kong visa from China embassy in Lebanon, or you submit visa application on his behalf, it takes 4 working days for visa processing.
