Hi there, I'm an Indonesian passport holder and plan to visit Shenzhen from Hongkong on 13th November 2010. Can I get visa on arrival at the Luohu border? Or if not, can I apply normal visa from Hongkong? Could you give me the detail of document needed and the cost for express visa service since I don't have much time to apply from Jakarta.Thank you very muchCecil

You can't get visa on arrival at the Luohu border, you can have a try to apply for China visa from Hong Kong, the required documents are: your passport, one recent passport photo, one filled visa application form, Under some circumstances, you may be required to provide financial proof, a copy of Chinese hotel booking and return flight ticket.
