Thanks much Daniel, I'll focus on Shenzen. (the 2 samples I received thru online are from Shenzen too). I had read the info on consulates alreay. I was thinking there must be some approved agency in Chennai where I could apply w/o going to New-Delhi! Please help me again.1. Can I apply for China business visa thru a travel agent in Chennai? If yes, would you please recommend a reliable and efficient one here? I'm from a small town and am new here. 2. Approx. how much it might cost for a 5-7 days trip (budget accommodation & food)?Thanks again.Anees Hashim.

1. You can apply for China Business Visa through a travel agency in Chennai, but I don't know a reliable one here. You have to pay for service fee for the travel agency besides visa fee and application service fee of Chinese visa application service center in New Delhi (CVASC in New Delhi). Even though you apply for visa through a travel agency, the agency has to submit your application to CVASC in New Delhi. 2. It costs about 3,000 RMB for budget accommodation& food.
