I'll focus on Shenzen. (the 2 samples I received thru online are from Shenzen too). I had read the info on consulates alreay. I was thinking there must be some approved agency in Chennai where I could apply w/o going to New-Delhi! Please help me again.

1. Can I apply for China business visa thru a travel agent in Chennai? If yes, would you please recommend a reliable and efficient one here? I'm from a small town and am new here.
2. Approx. how much it might cost for a 5-7 days trip (budget accommodation & food)?
