About:China Visa

good day. i am a filipino citizen living in canada. im planning of visiting philippines in january and the plane ticket i got will have 14 hour stop over in beijing china, im just wondering if i could go out of the airport to rent a hotel to rest? do i need a visa to do this?

You need a China transit visa if you go out of the airport. If you don't want to apply for a China transit visa, please remain in the airport during the stopover.
