About:Oriental Pearl Tower

If I eat the lunch or dinner buffet at the revolving restaurant of oriental pearl tv tower, I can go sightseeing in the tower for free? Is there a separate entrance for people who want to eat in the restaurant, or how can they know I want to go to the restaurant?

It seems you can go sightseeing free of charge if you dine in the restaurant. The average costs is about 280RMB per person. Just for reference.
