Dear Sir/Mdm, my husband a singaporean who intend to invest restaurant businesswith his china partner in NingBo. What type of visa must he obtain, types of documents requirment,how long to process etc inorder to have long stay in china & awaiting for your early reply tks.

He can obtain a work visa to China, the required documents are: 1. visa notification letter issued by the local Economic and Trade Bureau where the restaurant is located2. Business License with the name of your husband 3. his passport, one passport photo, fill one visa application form it takes months to prepare all requirements, after entering China by work visa, he needs to change it into 1 year residence permit for work, then he can stay in China for 1 year.
