About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

can x visa change into marriage certificate in china or go back to pakistan is necessary for marriage after finish study

You need to go back to Pakistan after finishing study, you need to prepare the Single Status Certificate in Pakistan,
Affidavit of Single Status, signed before a notary public.
Certified by Pakistan Foreign Affairs Ministry
Certified by China embassy/consulate in Pakistan

apply for a valid tourist visa to China at the same time from China embassy/consulate in Pakistan.

Then go to the Civil Affairs Bureau to make registration with your Chinese girlfriend.
