I am going to Beijing on Nov 23 to 28.... I read below that resort opens on Dec? but is there a play area that kids can still play in the snow (not ski)??? Will the resort or the area have snow already?

No, there is no snow in Beijing now. Last year, Beijing have heavy snow on December, but in Nov, i'm afraid it is too early.
