About:Marriage Registration in China

Hi I am married now with a foreign national and currently working in China. And he wants me to go to china an apply for dependent visa. I wonder if my kids can also get the same visa as I have. They are my kids from my live in partner before. Now I have completed all the necessary documents needed for the Z (dependent) Visa for me and my kids. The problem is,I have read in china embassy website that dependent visa is just for spouse and kids.My kids are not his legal kids. So I wanna know if my kids can also the same visa.Please help me.Thanks!

Your kids can also get the same visa as you if all requirements are prepared.
