Taxi fare from Hong Kong International Airport to Metropark Hotel Mongkok

How much does it cost to take a cab from Hong Kong International Airport to Metropark Hotel Mongkok? I am travelling with my husband and a baby. Is it wise to take a taxi or is there any other mode of transportation?

Bus A21 goes directly to Metropark Hotel Mongkok, Lai Chi Kok Road, if take taxi, costs around HKD240.
