is there an internet site, where i can find postal rates for international mail by airmail and SAL?

If you mail through China Post, you can find in its official site. The rate varries according to weight and destination. So the rate chart is not accurate.

I can tell this, Mr demaik. I mailed a parcel less than 2kg I guess, to UK, not EMS but the low speed one, it costs 167RMB. Just for your reference. I suggest you have it weighed in the post office. They will tell you the charge.
