About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

if i am going to shanghai on the 4 december,01:15am,to 19 december,00:10am.so is our stay in shanghai considered 15 or 16 days?as we have to depart from the airport 2 hours before our flight ,must we spply for visa?

It is 16 days, but don't worry, it is not a serious problem for you to leave China without a visa.

but would we be asked to remain in china to wait for the visa to be done?or would we be allowed to fly back without a visa?

You will be allowed to fly back without a visa. Please don't worry, you only overstay in China for 10 minutes.
