The Visa Officer,Four of our Company Officials wanted to visit Shenzhen, Lushan, Hong- Kong on a Business matter to order some Machineries and other appliances in China & Hong-Kong our last visit was in year 2007 and returned before the Visa expires.How can get visa application forms ? What are documents needed to apply Business Visa ?What is the charges to collect on the same day each ?

You can download the China Visa Application From(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf) and Hong Kong Visa Application Form(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/hk-new.pdf) here. And submit both HK and mainland China visa application to Chinese embassy.The requirements for HK visa are as follows:1, Passport:Make sure that it has at least 6 month validity and at least 2 blank pages.2, Properly completed visa application form with one recent passport-size color photograph. 3. Copy of the passport face page and the previous HK visa4. Sponsor letter from Hong Kong5. Local company covering letter (The company address, contact number and the detailed visiting purpose should be correctly and clearly stated.)6. Company bank statement (latest month)7. Travel itinerary 6. Copy of BRC (Business Registration Certificate)8. Company pay sheet (last 3 month)9. Other supporting documents requested by visa officerThe requirements are almost the same for visa to Mainland China.
