Hi, You could take bus E11 (HKD21) or A11(HKD21) from the grand transportation centre of the airport and get off at Tonnochy Road, Hennessy Road. Then walk towards southeast to Morrison Hill Road, you will see the hotel. It takes about 65~80 minutes.
