I am planning to visit China from Nov 14 - Nov 28, 2010. I am ok with the cold weather. I want to know should I visit the great wall and other man-made structures only or is it worth visiting the Zhangjiajie mountains and other destinations of natural beauty like mountains, gardens, lakes etc this time of the year. Thanks.

Thank you Mr Glen.Since Nov is winter time in China, the trees would have shed leaves etc, do you still recommend traveling to Zhangjiajie etc in mid-Nov, or should I do it later in some other season. Thank you.

Hi Mrs. Jen, you are right that Nov is not best time to enjoy the best natural scenery in Zhangjiajie. So, please consider delaying the tour to next spring or summer.
