You can take airport express from airport to Kowloon Station, 90HKD per person. Then you have to take bus, for example 270A to Metropark in Mongkok. It takes 25 monutes on the airport expess and another few minutes on the bus. Bus is better choice, for air bus A21 just stops next to the hotel and the bus stop is just the name of the hotel. Fare is 33HKD, for about 50 minutes. That's ok at that time.
